Add the App to your home screen.

The Enquiry Form

The form includes the following fields to be populated:

·         Date Ordered: This field self populates with current date.

·         Engineer Name (required): First name and Last name

·         Phone Number and/or Email Number: We will require contact details, which include

phone number and/or email address.

·         Job Reference (optional): Job reference number, e.g. 3981146

·         GC Number (required): GC number, e.g. 47-311-53

·         Part Required (required): Information on the part to support the enquiry.

·         File Upload: Data Badge / Part (optional): You can upload a file to the form to support the enquiry (Data Badge / Part). This can include: documents (e.g. PDFs) and media files (e.g. photos and videos).

Submission of Enquiry Form

Once the form is completed you will be directed to submit the form.  The form will be sent directly to HCS Wigan. We will then contact you to provide details on cost and availability.
